A. The only way to access the observation decks is to take the entrance through the Dubai Mall, located on the lower ground floor. You can either drive up there, or take public transport.
By metro: The closest stop is the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station. From here you can either walk for 10 minutes to get to the mall, or take a feeder bus.
By bus: Take the F13 feeder bus, or use buses 27 or 29 to get to the Dubai Mall.
A. Tickets for At The Top Burj Khalifa SKY will have to be purchased separately since a standard ticket does not grant entry to Level 148. Once you purchase this ticket, you will be taken up to At The Top, which is Levels 124 and 125, from where you would have to take a separate elevator to Level 148 (At The Top SKY).
A. Yes. Guests can store their bags and luggage in the storage area outside the entry to At The Top.
